Veteran-Owned AI & Cybersecurity Research
SWAT Logistics develops human-governed AI workflows, cybersecurity prototypes, and practical technology for federal, tribal, and enterprise partners. Our current work includes the BEE engineering platform, Phantom Grid adversarial-containment research, and field-tested device-recovery tools.
Current Priorities
BEE Engineering Platform
AI-orchestrated engineering analysis platform that routes complex projects to specialized agents for multi-disciplinary testing and technical evaluation. Human decision gates at every step.
View Demo →Phantom Grid & Cage
Adversarial-containment architecture for cybersecurity threat isolation. Early-stage design for behavioral honeypot containment, decoy data serving, and attacker fingerprinting. Architecture in active development.
Request Architecture Brief →Phantom Ops Field Kit
Browser-based AI diagnostic and repair toolkit. Field-tested on two devices with documented results. Deep Windows disk repair requires companion scripts or downloaded tools; the browser-based kit provides diagnostics, health scoring, and technician reporting.
Launch Field Kit →Research Portfolio
The following technologies are in early research or concept stages. They are not operational products and have not been independently validated. Performance, security, and scalability claims have not been independently tested.
Quantum Encryption Architecture
Layered encryption architecture using solar epoch key rotation. Encryption math was executed on IBM Quantum hardware (Job ID: d857ejegbeec73aor30g), which confirms code ran on IBM infrastructure. This does not constitute IBM validation or endorsement of the architecture.
Bio ID Card
Concept-stage smart card with biometric activation, NFC, and secure chip integration. Designed using components commonly used in PIV and FIPS-aligned identity systems. The complete Bio ID design has not been tested or certified for FIPS 201 compliance.
View Concept PDF →FeeAccess
Income-adjusted fee waiver platform ensuring veterans, low-income users, and underserved communities can access services at zero or reduced cost. Published and publicly accessible.
Open FeeAccess →Scriptura
Glossary and terminology reference application. Android app bundle built and ready for Google Play Store submission.
Contract Watch
Federal contract fraud monitoring concept with evidence locker. Tracks contractor billing compliance and flags suspicious patterns. Architecture defined — not deployed.
Readiness Labels
Every product on this site carries a readiness label. We believe in honest reporting of technology maturity.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Live | Publicly accessible. This label does not imply independent validation, security certification, or production-scale testing. |
| Prototype | Working demonstration with limited testing |
| Concept | Architecture or design exists; no working prototype |
| Research | Scientific or technical feasibility not yet established |
